HOLY COMMUNION is brought to the homebound and the sick when requested. Please contact Roberta Fassler at 815-440-6969 or contact the Parish office at 815-732-7383. The Faithful are to fast from all foods and liquids (except water) for one full hour prior to the reception of the Holy Eucharist.

Anointing Of The Sick
The communal anointing of the sick is scheduled for the weekend liturgies in February on the World Day of the Sick and in the Fall on the Feast of Christ the King. The individual reception of this Sacrament of Healing should take place whenever a person is seriously ill, or prior to a surgery, or in danger of death. Please call Fr. Joseph Naill at the Parish Office 732-7383..

Holy Orders
This Sacrament is received at the call of the Bishop.

Matrimony
In order that the process of sacramental preparation for marriage may be scheduled and completed, all marriage arrangements must begin at least six (6) months in advance of the desired date. It is the official policy of the Diocese of Rockford that those to be married must be at least 19 years old and that they take part in an instructional program that includes a pre-marriage seminar. No wedding will be scheduled later than 2:00 pm on Saturday. All wedding arrangements must be made with Fr. Joseph Naill at the Parish Office 732-7383..

Funeral Masses
Arrangements for the time and day of a Funeral Mass are usually worked out with the Funeral Home after which the parish is contacted. Visiting priests are always welcome to celebrate a Funeral Mass.

St. Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274) said:
"Be assured that he who shall always walk faithfully in God's presence,
always ready to give Him an account of all his actions,
shall never be separated from Him by consenting to sin."
